As previously announced, Air Canada has initiated discussions about entering into early bargaining. The airline industry, workplace, and workforce are evolving rapidly, thus provoking a need for change.
To provide the Bargaining Committee with a clear understanding of membership priorities on key issues, we have prepared a survey which we encourage all members to complete.

This is just the first step in the bargaining process. We look forward to your participation in this online survey and your attendance at proposal meetings which will take place after Labour Day (stay tuned for meeting dates).
