Air Canada new uniform feedback

Air Canada will be rolling out new uniforms in 2017 for its 28,000 employees. The new design was unveiled to Unifor on February 24th and is currently being tested in the workplace over an eight week period.

You may have already seen the new garments featured in an Air Canada newsletter, on social media or even in person on a fellow co-worker. This has generated a tremendous amount of buzz across the system. Members participating in the eight week testing process will be providing feedback through an evaluation survey. To give members who are not participating in the project a channel to provide feedback or give suggestions, Unifor 2002 has established the following form. This is your opportunity to have your say.

We will compile all responses and communicate the results to Air Canada and Unisync – Air Canada’s uniform provider – throughout the testing phase. It is expected that the new uniform will start rolling out to Air Canada and Air Canada Express pilots on January 1, 2017 and remaining employees will be receiving new uniforms in April, 2017.

The deadline to submit feedback is April 22, 2016.
