The ATS (Airport Terminal Services) bargaining committee has met with the employer on three separate occasions; May, August and October, in order to negotiate a new collective agreement. A number of non-monetary issues have been jointly signed off; however, monetary issues continue to be discussed.
There have been a number of developments that have impeded our ability to proceed at the bargaining table for those monetary issues at this time. As a result, the parties are scheduled to meet again in mid-November.
