Your Local 2002 District 340 bargaining committee met with the company on April 1 and 2 and with the assistance of federally appointed conciliator Kim Beemer, the parties were able to reach a tentative agreement.
Considerable gains were made to wages, benefits have been restored and there have been improvements to contract language.
"Since negotiations began last August, the bargaining committee has worked very hard,” said district chairperson David Olawale. "Our members will see more improvements to our contract than they have seen in years.”

All members are asked to attend one of these meetings in order to receive contract details and to vote on the tentative agreement.
"Our members at ATS have waited for improvements to their working conditions for a long time,” said Local 2002 president Cheryl Robinson. "It’s time that they are rewarded for their loyalty and dedication.”
