We are pleased to announce that Local 2002
members at CLS Catering in Vancouver have ratified their collective agreement.
The Bargaining Committee should be commended for their efforts.
The results of the ratification vote are as
follows:
Contract highlights include:
- Wage increases 4% / 4% / 4% + COLA (50% per
year) paid quarterly
- Casual wages increases of almost 4 % + the
annual increase
- Vacation Bank-time increased to 4 weeks
- Safety shoes and Eye Glasses increases
- Improved contract language in the following
areas:
• Work Schedules
• Vacation
• Leaves of Absence
• Compassionate Time
• Filling of Vacancies
