In accordance with language in the current GTAA District 333 collective bargaining agreement (Appendix "I") your bargaining committee has prepared the skilled trades’ (electrician, plumber, mechanic and carpenter) seniority list. The seniority list is based on the language listed in Appendix "I" of the CBA and company/union records.
This list is effective as of February 4, 2014. Any employee who feels that s/he is improperly placed on the seniority list may dispute it by written request to the union. Employees will have a one-time opportunity to do this up until March 31, 2014.
The union will revise the skilled trades’ seniority list on March 31 of each year to reflect any future changes.
