Important message from the Bargaining Committee
As the current Collective Agreement expires on June 30, 2012, the Jazz Technical Services Bargaining Committee is busy getting ready to begin the Bargaining Process.
Over the next couple of weeks Bargaining Representatives and Local Union Officers will be conducting proposal meetings in their respective bases. The purpose of these meetings will be to discuss the Memberships’ issues and distribute bargaining surveys. These surveys will be collected by March 10, 2012. After the surveys have been received the Bargaining Committee will review them and put together a Bargaining Agenda that will be presented to the Company.
After the aforementioned process is completed the Union will file its notice of intent to Bargain with the Company. We are hopeful to begin bargaining by early April.
