The CAW and Jazz have agreed to recommence talks and discuss follow-up actions after Local 2002 members turned down a tentative bargaining agreement earlier this month. These discussions are scheduled for the middle of September in an effort to see if there can be a mutually agreeable solution.
We will continue to keep you informed of our discussions as we have throughout the entire negotiations process.
