Unifor reaches tentative agreement with Pascan Aviation

Unifor Local 2002, the union representing pilots with Pascan Aviation, reached a tentative agreement with the employer on Friday evening.

The union tabled its demands on February 13, 2015, and the parties held 14 bargaining sessions, including 10 meetings in the presence of a conciliator.

Over the coming days, members are asked to attend upcoming ratifications meeting to vote on what could become their first collective agreement.

With the exception of the date and location of this meeting, no information on the tentative agreement will be disclosed before members have had a chance to read and vote on the document.

Unifor represents 27 pilots at Pascan. The airline is based in Saint-Hubert and operates flights to several regions of Quebec, including Saguenay, Côte-Nord, Abitibi, etc.
