Worldwide Flight Services Ratifies Collective Agreement

Following ratification meetings, which were held on February 7, & 8, in Montreal and Toronto, the Bargaining Committee (WFS) wishes to announce the membership of Worldwide Flight Services have ratified their Collective Agreement by 87 percent. The duration of this agreement will be until December 31, 2018. Local 2002 represents approximately 60 members who are based in Montreal and Toronto.

Highlights of the One-Year extension of the Collective Agreement 
  • Contract extensions for twelve months 
  • Signing bonus of $500.00 for all members (payments to be made in two installments 1st installment will be paid one week after ratification and the 2nd installment to be paid on July 1st,2018).
  • No changes to the Language of the current Collective Agreement

The Bargaining Committee would like to thank the entire membership who took the time to attend the ratification meetings and ratified this Collective Agreement. 

In preparation for the upcoming negotiations in the Fall, the Bargaining Committee is requesting your support in identifying what issues and concerns you wish to bring forward to the bargaining table. We encourage our members of Worldwide to attend future meetings in the Fall (details of the future meetings will be provided at a later date).
