Unifor Local 2002 wishes to announce that voting on the ATS Calgary Collective Agreement has concluded. The result of the ratification vote has been tabulated and the tentative agreement recommended by the ATS – Calgary Bargaining Committee has been accepted.

Members overwhelmingly voted 100 percent in favour of the new three-year agreement. The terms of the agreement are in effect as of July 13, 2022 and will expire on July 31, 2025.

The new agreement includes a 3 percent wage increase in each of the three years of the agreement. The Bargaining Committee was successful in obtaining a lump sum payment and expanding improved language for Domestic Violence and Bereavement Leave.

“I am proud of the Bargaining Committee members for their unwavering dedication during these brief rounds of negotiations,” said Tammy Moore, President of Unifor Local 2002. “Thanks to their hard work and solidarity shown by our ATS - Calgary members, we were able to negotiate a deal that included significant wage increases over the next three years and improvements to members' benefits. We’re now in a strong position to build on these improvements in 2025.
