As many of our members are aware, your collective agreement expires on
April 7, 2022. This collective agreement will remain in effect until a new collective agreement has been bargained and ratified by both parties. Our union contract is the most important document in our working lives. It establishes our wages, benefits, and working conditions.
For our Bargaining Committee to prepare proposals that represent the true needs of members and their families, they MUST HEAR FROM YOU! Your Bargaining Committee has created an online survey (via SurveyMonkey) for the ATS Toronto members to complete. Your input and involvement in this process are extremely important.

The survey is easy to complete and should take approximately 10 minutes. All individual survey responses will be kept confidential. This is your opportunity to have a say in the terms and conditions in your new agreement and to direct your Bargaining Committee to negotiate issues that are important to you.

Wednesday, March 16, 2022, @ 1600 – and please encourage your co-workers to do so as well.

We are in the process of discussing bargaining dates with the company, we will communicate with the membership once those dates are confirmed.
