Ratified! ATS Members in Toronto have a new three-year agreement

Following the ratification meetings, on February 26, 2019, in Toronto, the Bargaining Committee wishes to announce that the membership of Airport Terminal Services (ATS) in Toronto have ratified their new three-year collective agreement. The members voted 91 percent in favor of the new agreement. This agreement is in effect until April 7, 2021.

“Today’s results showcase our union’s ability to work together to secure an equitable agreement for our members. I congratulate the work of the Bargaining Committee and the leadership displayed throughout the negotiating process," said Euila Leonard, President of Unifor Local 2002”. "This agreement builds on our progress and recognizes the efforts that our Customer Service and Ramp members provide to ATS in Toronto".

The new contract provides:
  • Wage percentage increases
  • work rule improvements
  • increase in footwear allowance
