As we get closer to the end of our current collective agreement – July 31
st, 2023, it is important to the Bargaining Committee that we negotiate a collective agreement based on your priorities. The Bargaining Committee has developed an online Collective Bargaining survey – via SurveyMonkey. It is important to know and understand the issues that matter most to the members.
SURVEYMONKEY - 2023 GTAA BARGAINING SURVEY
The
survey is now open to all the GTAA members and will
close on Sunday, March 26, 2023, AT 1200 NOON. Members' input and involvement in this process are extremely important.

Some points to think about when completing the survey:
- As you are answering the questions, please think about what your top priorities are – what matters most to you? You will be given an opportunity at the end of the survey in the (Comment section) to tell the Bargaining Committee anything you would like us to know that we didn’t specifically ask.
- It only takes a few minutes to complete the survey and rest assured your survey responses will remain confidential.
- Your input is vital and will give us the information we need to engage the Employer at the table and negotiate a fair and equitable collective agreement.
- The results of this survey will be shared with the members at the proposal meetings in April and will help guide our Bargaining Committee with your key concerns and your bargaining priorities.
- Only those issues supported and voted upon by members present at the proposal meetings will move forward and be tabled at the upcoming negotiations.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! BARGAINING PROPOSAL MEETINGS – APRIL 4 to 6, 2023
The Bargaining Committee has confirmed the following dates for the Proposal meetings
April 4 to 6. The times and location of the meetings will be communicated at a later date. Proposal meetings are an opportunity for the membership to present, debate, and vote on their proposals for the next round of bargaining. By attending proposal meetings you will ensure that your voice is heard.
