On March 7, the GTAA Bargaining Committee held three Survey Information Sessions for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) membership. These meetings were well attended by the membership, and great feedback was provided to the Committee.
As members are aware, the current collective agreement is set to expire on July 31
st, 2023, and to prepare for negotiations with the Employer, the Committee discussed with the members what they can anticipate in the coming months. From bargaining surveys to proposal meetings, and ratification, bargaining starts and ends with the members.
2023 GTAA BARGAINING SURVEY - HAVE YOUR SAY!

Monday, March 13th,
the 2023 GTAA Bargaining Survey bulletin will be released to the membership via e-news. The survey will be conducted via SurveyMonkey, and your input and involvement in this process are extremely important. The survey will close on
Sunday, March 26th at 1200 EST. The results of this survey will be shared with the members at the proposal meetings in April and will help guide our Bargaining Committee with your key concerns and your bargaining priorities.
AFTER THE BARGAINING SURVEY – ITS BARGAINING PROPOSAL MEETINGS – APRIL 2023
The Bargaining Committee has confirmed the following dates for the Proposal meetings
April 4 to 6. The times and location of the meetings will be communicated at a later date. Proposal meetings are an opportunity for the membership to present, debate, and vote on their proposals for the next round of bargaining. By attending proposal meetings you will ensure that your voice is heard.
