Unifor Local 2002 is pleased to announce that a one-year tentative contract extension was reached with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) on January 31st, 2023. If ratified by the membership, the contract extension will extend the current collective agreement by one year, to
July 31st, 2024.
The tentative contract extension with the GTAA maintains all provisions contained in the current collective agreement that was reached in August 2019.
RATIFICATION AND VOTING MEETINGS – FEBRUARY 10 AND 11, 2023
Ratification meetings and voting on the agreement will take place on
Friday, February 10, and Saturday, February 11, (a separate bulletin will follow with the location and times of the meetings). Members will vote on the tentative contract extension on the above dates. The GTAA Bargaining Committee will be present to outline the components of the wage increases and provide the complete text of the extension.
