The bargaining committee has confirmed in-person meetings with the Hilton Saint John company officials from
May 3 to 6, 2022 to formally begin contract negotiations. These are preliminary bargaining sessions where the parties will exchange bargaining proposals. The current collective agreement expired on December 31
st, and it remains in effect until a new one is ratified.
Please remember that while it is our objective to keep you informed throughout the bargaining process, specific details on what occurs during the collective bargaining process can not be discussed outside of negotiations. At key times during this round of collective bargaining, your Unifor Committee will communicate important updates via e-news. It will be imperative as we head through the negotiation process for you to be informed and engaged.
