The current collective agreement for the members of Hilton Saint John is set to expire on December 31
st, 2021. The union has begun the negotiations process and the first step in this process is to hear from the membership. As such, in-person proposal meetings have been scheduled for
Tuesday, September 14, in Saint John.
The Bargaining Committee will be on hand to discuss the survey results and determine the contractual priorities of the membership for the upcoming collective agreement negotiations. We want to ensure that the data received from the surveys align with the priorities of the membership.
We need your input. Members are urged to attend a proposal meeting and bring forward your ideas and feedback for your next contract.
