As a follow-up to Premier Ford’s announcement today, the provincewide stay-home-order will be extended for an additional two weeks. The Unifor Local 2002 headquarters office which is located in the Region of Peel, Ontario falls into this "Emergency Brake" shutdown.

The office will remain closed and re-open on Wednesday, June 2, 2021  taking into account guidance from the Government of Ontario. The objective of this lockdown is to reduce the high Covid-19 transmission rate within the community.

Members are advised not to visit the Local 2002 office during this shutdown period. The health and safety of the membership, our staff, and our community are one of our utmost priorities.
