Your Unifor bargaining committee will be holding two important bargaining proposal meetings on August 12, 2021, for all members at Propair, District 421.
The purpose of these proposal meetings is to review the results of the bargaining surveys, and allow you – the members – an opportunity to participate and ask any questions. This process is often referred to as the double-check mechanism; a procedure to ensure that the data received from the surveys is consistent with what the membership’s priorities are for the bargaining committee when at the negotiating table.
All members are urged to attend one of the two meetings scheduled as follows:
