Dear ASP Members,
We hope this bulletin finds you well. As you are aware, our negotiations with the company have been progressing steadily as we work towards securing a fair and favorable agreement for all our valued members. We appreciate your unwavering support and dedication throughout this process.
Recently, the company has expressed their need for additional time to thoroughly review our proposals and assess the implications they may have on their operations. While we understand that this may cause some delay in reaching a final resolution, we firmly believe this extension will ultimately result in a stronger and more comprehensive agreement that safeguards the interests of each member.
Both parties have agreed to reconvene for further negotiations later in August. During these next sessions, we will continue our efforts to address the unresolved issues and push for the improvements we seek, such as fair wages and better working conditions.
We understand that this delay is frustrating, but please remember that the bargaining process can be complex, and achieving a favorable outcome requires persistence and determination. Rest assured that your dedicated bargaining committee is working tirelessly to represent your best interests and secure the best possible deal.
In the meantime, we encourage you to remain engaged and supportive of the bargaining process. Your solidarity and unity as ASP members are vital in demonstrating the strength of our collective voice and reinforcing the importance of our demands.
