In preparation for the upcoming round of negotiations, the members of ASP Security are invited to attend in-person proposal meetings on
Tuesday, November 8, 2022. The current collective bargaining agreement for ASP Security is set to expire on December 31
st, 2022.
IMPORTANT! We encourage all members to attend a meeting to express their support for changes or demands in the new collective agreement (see below for meeting times). These proposal meetings are an opportunity for the membership to present and debate their proposals for the next round of bargaining. Your Bargaining Committee will review and discuss the results of the surveys and determine contractual priorities for the upcoming round of negotiations.

THE NEXT STEPS – NOTICE TO BARGAIN
Once the proposal meetings have concluded, the Bargaining Committee will meet in person on November 9 & 10, to develop the bargaining proposals. Unifor National will serve the Company with a formal notice to commence bargaining for a new collective agreement. Dates to open bargaining will be coordinated by both parties.
