On March 18, 2010, the membership of American Eagle voted 87 per cent to ratify their first Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
"This collective agreement is a positive first step for a hard-working group of employees that deserve stability in their workplace,” commented Leslie Dias, President of CAW Local 2002.
Members who came to the meeting expressed a passionate interest in creating a union that works for them and that they can work for.
