Dear Madams/Sirs:
In the matter of the Canada Labour Code (Part 1 -
Industrial Relations) and an application for a declaration of sale of business
pursuant to sections 44, 45, 46 filed by the Greater Toronto Airports Authority,
purchaser employer: TBI Canada Inc., seller employer; National Automobile,
Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada (CAW- Canada) and
its Local 2002, Public Serivce Alliance of Canada, bargaining agents.
Following the results of the representation vote held in the above-cited
matter, the Board has satisfied itself that the majority of the eligible voters
who cast ballots wish to be represented by the National Automobile, Aerospace,
