GTAA Members: Bargaining Survey Information Sessions Meetings on March 7th, 2023

As you are aware, the current collective agreement is set to expire on July 31^st, 2023, and in the next few months, you will be sending your Bargaining Committee to the negotiations table to start the bargaining process for a new collective agreement.
 
The Bargaining Committee will be conducting Survey Information Sessions on Tuesday, March 7^th, 2023. The purpose of these sessions is so that the Committee can discuss and explain the bargaining preparation including; how to complete and register for bargaining surveys, the role of the committee throughout the negotiations, and the importance of engaging with the membership.

This is your chance to come and get to know your Committee, share your experiences and issues you are facing in the workplace, and outline members' expectations for bargaining. For those who may not be able to attend, please reach out to District leadership for answers to any questions that anyone may have.
