We would like to provide you a brief update on the printing process of the new Unifor-GardaWorld Collective Agreement.
As you know, the new three-year agreement was ratified on July 7 and put into effect on July 8. The employer has completed their review of the new agreement language and has given the document back to the union for final proofreading.
Your Unifor representatives wish to ensure the language is accurate and free of errors as the final agreed-to document will constitute a legal contract. Once this step is completed, the employer will have the agreement printed and distributed to the membership.
