Arbitrator Claude Martin is currently reviewing all data gathered from former Handlex members regarding travel pass usage and entitlement. The information which was submitted by former Handlex members of Servisair, was compiled and delivered to the arbitrator by a September 15, 2014 deadline.
Information provided will help to ensure that members are awarded the correct – and entitled – number of travel passes.
As the arbitrator advises the union of the next meeting dates we will advise our membership.
We would like to thank all members for their patience and assistance in bringing this matter to its rightful conclusion.
