The Jazz Crew Scheduling Bargaining Committee concluded a tentative agreement on September 8, 2010. The Bargaining Committee who is comprised of Chuck MacAulay and Amberlie Tattrie was joined by Leslie Dias - CAW Local 2002 President, Joel Fournier - CAW National Representative and Ashley Watkins - CAW Local 2002 Executive Assistant unanimously recommends that you vote “yes” in favour of this tentative agreement.
The Crew Scheduling bargaining unit is the last of six bargaining units within Jazz to reach a tentative agreement. The committee is continuing to work on finalizing the details in order to produce the necessary documents for the upcoming ratification meetings. At these meeting, the committee will explain the language changes in details and provide a hard copy of those changes to all members who attend.
