The latest seniority list was recently released from Jazz. The Company appears to have had internal issues that not only caused a long delay in delivering the document, but also caused the list’s accuracy to come into question.
In accordance with the collective agreement, it is always the responsibility of each employee to examine the seniority list for accuracy. We ask that everyone be extra vigilant when looking this list over.
If an error is discovered, please use the posted correction sheets which can also be found in Appendix 2 of the contract. Ensure that your District Chairperson is copied on your correspondence to Jazz.
The goal is to have an accurate seniority list ready for upcoming shift bids. Please take the time to look over the seniority list and verify that the information provided is correct.
