MEMERSHIP UPDATE
Last week, the CAW was informed by Jazz Management that the Company plans to reduce staffing at Jazz Technical Services.
As this is an unfortunate and difficult task to deal with, the CAW Bargaining Committee and District Chairpersons are currently doing everything they can to deal with the situation. We are exploring any and all avenues including Special Leave of Absence’s and Voluntary Leaves to try and mitigate the reductions.
The CAW is very disappointed with the Jazz’s decision to perform these reductions and encourages all Members to support the Brothers and Sisters affected.
