MEMBERSHIP UPDATE
The arbitration hearing that was scheduled for the Vacation Slot Calculation and Allocation has concluded. Unfortunately the Arbitrator did not rule in the Union’s favor regarding this issue. Please see the attached document provided by the Arbitrator.
AWARD
The Company will be communicating and posting notifications in all the bases indicating its intentions of proceeding with the 2011 Vacation Bid Process. Local Union Officers will work through this process with their respective Managers.
