The CAW and Jazz are still involved in productive contract talks in hopes of reaching a new collective agreement for the 1,062 members of Local 2002. The current collective agreement expires on June 30, 2012.
Last week the two sides were able to identify a number of outstanding issues and clarify them as part of the continued efforts to bargain an agreement in good faith.
Talks resume today in Toronto and are scheduled to continue throughout the week.
