WEBB Airport Services ratifies agreement

We are pleased to announce that Local 2002 District 370 membership of WEBB Airport Services in Toronto have ratified their collective agreement by 90 per cent.

The results of the ratification vote are as follows:

TOTAL .... 62 votes


Highlights of the new 4 year agreement include:

  • Incentive Plan Agreement

  • Voluntary Reduced Work Week

  • Enhanced Shift Trade Language

  • Comprehensive Discrimination / Harassment Relationship Language

  • Labour Management Committee

  • Additional District Chair time off

  • New Bereavement Leave Language

  • Additional Uniform Pieces

  • New Progressive Discipline Language

  • Streamlined Grievance language


Chuck Doyle, Derek Day, Mike Dyl, as WEBB's elected bargaining representatives, are to be commended for their tireless commitment in this round of difficult bargaining. Their agenda was to achieve the best possible contract for the membership in order to help position Jervis B Webb to successfully bid for the next GTAA airport baggage system servicing contract.
