2022: Toronto Labour Day Event - September 5th

Unifor members celebrate Labour Day, wearing Unifor jerseys and carrying flags

Unifor members will assemble Monday, September 5 at 7:30 a.m. in Nathan Phillips Square for a rally and join the Toronto and York Region Labour Council and celebrate 150 years of taking to the streets and building worker power together.

Unifor Marshalls and Volunteers

We need Local Unions to submit names of Marshalls and Volunteers to assist in making this years parade a success. Please submit the names to [email protected]

Vehicles for the Parade: Transportation for the parade route will be provided for those with accessible needs that require it.

CNE wristbands.  Unifor locals are encouraged to download and post the Toronto Labour Day poster in order to provide members with contact information to obtain wristbands for the CNE.

Unifor members interested in obtaining wristbands or require more information are encouraged to contact your local.

Labour Day September 5th, 2022 Schedule:

7:30 a.m.    Rally, live music and wristband pickup at Nathan Phillips Square

9:00 a.m.    Labour Day march along Queen Street to CNE

10:30 a.m.  CNE (wristbands required)
