Unifor Local 2002 is pleased to announce that our members at Perimeter Aviation have ratified a new collective agreement by 76.2 percent. The three-year contract includes wage increases, a signing bonus for active and inactive members, as well as enhancements to training, and language for a new Racial Justice Advocate position.

“Congratulations to the unwavering determination of the Unifor bargaining committee for securing this new collective agreement”, said Tammy Moore, Unifor Local 2002 President. “Our Perimeter Flight Attendants are dedicated and hardworking members that contribute to the overall success of the airline.”

In addition to these highlights, the new contract also brings improvements to the shift-bidding process, improved overtime language, and members will have the expense of their government travel passport fees covered by the employer.

Flight Attendants at Perimeter are ambassadors of safety and customer service onboard. Perimeter provides scheduled passenger, charter and medevac service to remote communities throughout Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario.
