Jervis B. Webb Members: Bargaining Surveys & Proposal Meetings

As we get closer to the end of our current collective agreement – March 31^st, 2020, it is important to the Bargaining Committee that we negotiate a collective agreement based on your priorities.  To prepare for negotiations, the Bargaining Committee has created a bargaining survey for the membership to complete.  

Members will also be given the opportunity to come and speak to your Bargaining Committee about the upcoming negotiations at the proposal meetings. Proposal meetings have been scheduled for Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, Terminal 3 (see below for meeting times). It is crucial for members to attend a meeting and to let the Bargaining Committee know which issues are most important to you. 

Please let us know what is important to you by completing the bargaining survey. All information collected will be treated as strictly confidential by your Bargaining Committee.

Bargaining Survey Instructions:
 
The survey is now open to the members and the survey deadline is Friday, January 3, 2020, at 17:00.

• The survey should take between 5 to 10 minutes to complete

• For those members who do not want to do the online survey, a paper copy of this survey is available from your Bargaining Committee Representatives. 
• Members are asked to submit all completed paper copy surveys to their elected Bargaining Committee representative on/or before January 3, 2020.
