Unifor Local 2002 is pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached with Air Canada. This agreement covers customer service agents who work at airports and call centres to provide services such as customer relations and customer journey management across Canada.
Your bargaining committee has worked diligently throughout talks to advocate for improvements and protections on behalf of all members. While details of the tentative agreement will not be released at this time, full information will be presented during upcoming ratification meetings.
Dates, times, and locations for ratification meetings will be communicated within the next week. All members are encouraged to attend one of these meetings where you will have the opportunity to review the details of the proposed contract and vote on acceptance.
"This tentative agreement represents the result of the solidarity and strength shown by our membership," said Tammy Moore, President of Unifor Local 2002. "When members stand united, we create the power needed to achieve meaningful progress."
Your Bargaining Committee would like to thank the entire membership who supported them during these negotiations. The ongoing show of solidarity has positively impacted the team’s success at the negotiating table and Unifor’s bargaining committee looks forward to presenting the tentative agreement at the upcoming ratification meetings.
Further updates will be shared as information becomes available.
The current collective agreement with Air Canada expired on Feb. 28, 2026.
In Solidarity,
Your Unifor Bargaining Committee
