Air Canada Customer Sales & Service agents (Concierge/Leads at Airports)
Our members perform in person, passenger sales, and service functions at Airports. Members disseminate information, process reservations, checking in of customers, provide operational leadership, issue tickets, and other related duties as required.
Air Canada Contact Centre
Our members make reservations for customers, process reservation messages, assemble reservations data, monitor social media channels, and other related duties.
Air Canada Customer Journey Management (CJM)
Our members perform flight editing, connection handling, and book hotels. They also ensure proactive and effective customer recovery during irregular operations. They support SOC (System Operations Centre), Airports, and Call Centres by coordinating and implementing customer recovery plans (rebooking, and compensation).
Air Canada Customer Relations
Our members respond to inquiries directed to the Customer Relations department at Air Canada. They sort and distribute customer correspondence. They authorize or amend reservations, determine appropriate payment of compensation, and perform other related duties.

Unifor Local 2002 is in negotiations with Air Canada, which comes at a critical moment for Canada’s aviation system as the members’ contract expires.
Bargaining begins on Jan. 28, with the current contract expiring on Feb. 28, 2026.

(Toronto, Calgary) Our members in Toronto and Calgary provide Passenger Service, Ramp, and Maintenance services as contract workers for various airlines. Job functions include customer check-in, loading/unloading of cargo, processing of inbound and outbound shipments, baggage handling, marshaling of aircraft, warehouse, and other related duties.

(Toronto YYZ) Our members at A.S.P Security perform security-related functions at airport entrances throughout Toronto’s Pearson International Airport. Members provide terminal access control, door patrol, airside access, pass control, and security specialists.

(Montreal, Toronto) Our members perform cargo and warehouse work for various airlines. Cargo Airport Services Canada Inc. (WFS) is one of the world’s leading providers of ground handling services, serving over 300 airlines at airports on five continents.
(Vancouver) Our members provide in-flight food catering for a number of airlines operating from Vancouver International Airport including Korean Airlines, Cathay Pacific, and Lufthansa. Members also prepare and package takeout food items for the Starbucks coffee chain.
(Halifax, Gander) Our members are pilots at EVAS Air Charters, operating as an Express Carrier on behalf of Air Canada. EVAS operates scheduled flights throughout Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island utilizing a fleet of Beechcraft aircraft.

Since 2020, Great North Airlines has proudly focused on providing essential missions for federal and provincial government agencies, NGOs, First Nations, and local community authorities, along with domestic and international ACMI operations, delivering Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance services for airline partnerships. (Alert, Ellesmere Island, Nunavut) Our members supply a complete range of support services to Canada’s Department of National Defense including facilities maintenance, airfield operations, food services and transport, logistical and administrative support at CFS Alert. Nunavut is located approximately 817 km from the North Pole.

(Calgary) Our highly-trained Screening Officers provide security services at the Calgary International Airport. These members adhere to a high level of professionalism to ensure the safe and secure movement of travellers, luggage, employees and cargo throughout the airport with efficiency and promptness. (Winnipeg) Flight Attendants at Perimeter Aviation are ambassadors of safety and customer service onboard. Perimeter provides scheduled passenger, charter and medevac service to remote communities throughout Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario.
(Rouyn-Noranda, Montreal) Our members include nurses, pilots, maintenance technicians, and ground personnel servicing mostly Northern Quebec. The company is a leader in charter transportation for passengers, air cargo, and is the primary provider of aeromedical evacuations in parts of Quebec and Ontario.
