Aeroplan: Dates set for conciliation

Unifor has confirmed dates for conciliated collective bargaining with Aeroplan. On March 29, 30 and 31, 2016 the union and the company will meet with the federally appointed conciliator.
 
Conciliation is a non-binding process of contract negotiations that involves a neutral third party appointed by the Minister of Labour. The role of the Conciliator is to assist Unifor and Aeroplan in reaching a tentative agreement that will be submitted to the membership for ratification.
