As previously communicated, bargaining opened with Aeroplan in July, 2019 with talks continuing on August 27, 28 and 29. Since that time, your bargaining committee met on October 8 in Toronto to discuss and assess several outstanding issues that required attention prior to continuing talks with Aeroplan.
The next set of meetings with the Employer is scheduled for the week of October 28 when we expect to begin discussing monetary proposals and other key bargaining items.
As negotiations continue, updates will be posted on the Unifor 2002 website and sent via e-news. Please ensure that you have subscribed at unifor2002.org.
