In response to the Aeroplan bargaining committee’s last counterproposal, bargaining will resume in Montreal on December 12 and 13, 2012.
After a two week review, the union and company will be meeting in an effort to complete the process of bargaining a new, progressive collective agreement.
The current collective agreement for approximately 800 customer service agents in Montreal and Vancouver expired in November 2012.
