The CAW is pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached between the CAW Local 2002 and Aeroplan Canada Inc.
The Aeroplan bargaining committee is proud of what they were able to achieve in this negotiated agreement for their membership and unanimously recommend acceptance. "The committee worked tirelessly in achieving an excellent agreement for their membership," commented Local 2002 President Leslie Dias.
Ratification meetings will be held in Montreal on October 28 and Vancouver on October 29, 2009 at the following locations:
In Montreal: Wednesday October 28, 2009
Unitarian Church (across from Aeroplan office).
Meeting times: 1100-1400 and 1530-1730
In Vancouver: Thursday October 29, 2009
Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel--Room TBA
Meeting times 1100-1400 and 1530-1800
*Parking will be provided.
All members are encouraged to attend these very important meetings. As per the CAW Constitution, each member MUST BE PRESENT to vote.
