The CAW Legal Department has submitted their response to the CIRB (in relation to Aeroplan and Air Canada’s statement to the CIRB of March 20th).
Next, the CIRB will determine if a Labour Relations Officer meeting will be called or if a hearing is necessary before any order of the CIRB is issued.
We empathize with the frustration and anxiety that this lengthy process is inflicting on members at Aeroplan and will continue to keep you informed.
