The Company and the Union are pleased that they have been able to come to an amicable resolution of the Policy Grievance concerning LOU 39 (Airport Reassignment).
The Company and the Union recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic created unique challenges to the business. Many of those challenges no longer exist.
The Company and the Union are both of the view that training is a vital component of employee and Company success and will continue to work towards that end.
