The Bargaining Committee met with the company at the table from January 6th to 9th. The tone of the bargaining has shifted, and we are now making positive progress. While we continue to iron out our differences in the non-economic proposals, we have received the first set of economic responses from the company.
Discussions were productive, and the parties are demonstrating that a deal is not inconceivable. We're finally speaking a similar language; this is a good start for 2026!
We will be meeting the company again early to mid-February. Thank you all for your patience and continued professionalism throughout this process.
