PREPARING FOR COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT NEGOTIATIONS
As we look ahead to the expiry of our current collective agreement on February 28, 2026 the Bargaining Committee is committed to ensuring your voices shape our next collective agreement. To prepare for negotiations, we have launched a Bargaining Survey – via Survey Monkey – designed to capture your top priorities and concerns.
WHY YOUR INPUT MATTERS
This quick survey will help us identify key issues, from wages and benefits to job security and working conditions, so that we can build a strong member-driven set of proposals for your bargaining committee.
SURVEY DETAILS
-
TIME COMMITMENT: Completing the survey takes only 5 minutes
-
DEADLINE: Survey will close on October 21, at 1700 EDT
-
HOW TO ACCESS THE SURVEY: A separate email was sent to members with the survey link
YOUR VOICE MATTERS
After the survey closes, the Bargaining Committee will review the results and schedule proposal meetings with the membership to discuss the findings and refine our negotiation strategy. Your participation is vital – every response strengthens our collective voice!
