ATS Winnipeg CSA Members: Bargaining Update # 1

On February 20 to 22, your Bargaining Committee met in person with the Company to exchange bargaining proposals. Over the past three days, we have made significant progress and have agreed to the majority of the non-monetary proposals.  We plan to continue negotiations for a new collective agreement with the Company on April 11 to 15, 2023.

BARGAINING PROCESS
Due to the integrity of these negotiations, we will update the members following our next set of meetings. The Bargaining Committee is not able to communicate any of the details until a final and all-inclusive tentative agreement has been reached with the Company. We place a high priority on achieving a fair and equitable agreement for all ATS – Winnipeg members.  We will keep all of the members updated with any further developments or changes.
