Unifor Local 2002 is pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached with Airport Terminal Services (ATS) in Winnipeg. The members at ATS Winnipeg certified with Unifor on October 18, 2022.
Unifor began negotiations for non-monetary proposals with the employer on February 20 to 22, 2023 and was able to agree on many of the proposals during these negotiations.
On April 20 to 24, 2023 we met in person and presented our monetary proposals, at the end of these meetings we were successful in finalizing both our monetary and non-monetary proposals and reached a tentative agreement. We are very happy to have reached this first tentative agreement for these members in Winnipeg, MB, who perform the passenger services for WestJet and Swoop Airlines.

The union will be scheduling
Zoom Ratification Meetings for Friday, April 28th. Details of these meetings will be communicated once finalized and members will have the opportunity to listen to and review the details of the tentative agreement and vote on this first agreement.
