Unifor Local 2002 is pleased to announce that it reached a tentative agreement with AGI in Calgary on
September 12th, 2025, and it was ratified by the membership with
100 percent approval. Our members, who handle Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and cargo work for AGI Calgary, now benefit from this new collective agreement that delivers wage increases while securing their employment stability in Calgary.
Throughout negotiations, we advanced numerous monetary proposals on behalf of the members. However, the priorities that resonated most strongly were wage gains and job security - core issues that protect our workers’ future in a challenging industry.
“This unanimous ratification is a testament to the dedication of our AGI members and the strength of our bargaining committee, said Tammy Moore, President – Unifor Local 2002. Securing wage increases alongside job protections means our AGI Calgary members can focus on what they do best – delivering excellence without the shadow of uncertainty. We are committed to building on this agreement for the future.”
Thank you to all the members for their support. We look forward to building on this success together.
In Solidarity,
AGI Calgary Bargaining Committee
