After meeting with the employer from March 23, 2022 to June 17, 2022, we have been unable to reach a tentative agreement that we could present and recommend to the CLS membership.
Due to the last monetary position presented by the employer, we have been given no choice, but to take a strike vote at this time. The employer has stated that their last bargaining offer was not their final offer. We believe we need the full support of the membership to back our monetary proposals.
It is extremely important that each of you attend one of the following scheduled meetings.:

0600 Pacific Time
1000 Pacific Time
1400 Pacific Time

Voting will take place between 0600 – 1700 ONLY, but you must attend to vote. You may vote at any time or while at one of these meetings.
